Prestige Properties Highland has been trading for a number of years, originating from a partnership between experienced builders, developers and joiners already operating highly successful individual companies throughout the Highlands. We undertake a number of our own develops from sourcing the land through to finishing and furnishing as well as working with private landowners and individuals looking to commission single property developments in specific areas or to a particular specification. We are home builders, construction professionals and perfectionists!
Our focus is, and always has been, to build the best homes possible, combining a variety of skill sets and experiences to ensure we deliver exceptional workmanship on every occasion. We have a combined 40+ years experience in construction, joinery and the associated disciplines having been involved in literally hundreds of property builds between us. We have worked with local tradespeople through to international developers to create and complete a range of properties and property types from commercial and industrial builds to bespoke, show-piece homes, our combined experiences encompass the full spectrum of construction projects.
Prestige Properties Highland also brings together various networks and industry working relationships, effectively creating a hub for construction industry professionals that we can draw upon while creating, managing or supporting any building project. We have contacts such as architects, construction lawyers, project managers, through to glaziers, decorators and other skilled tradespeople ensuing we are best placed to provide a seamless service which we feel is reflected in the incredibly high standards of our finished builds and the aftercare we provide for every home owner.
Our work ethos is complimented by the high quality raw materials used – we source, where possible, from local suppliers that we have worked with time and time again, settling for nothing but the best materials.
